Delivery options and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provide. Please check the shipping details carefully — we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees outside our stated shipping regions are your responsibility unless we expressly say otherwise.

We want every piece to feel right. Eligible unworn items may be returned within the window stated on our Services or returns guidance, in original condition with packaging and any certificates. Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are typically final sale unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

We take care with photography, materials, and measurements. Slight variations in colour, stone character, or finish are natural to handmade jewellery and lighting. Weights and dimensions are approximate unless marked otherwise.

All content on this site — including designs, photography, copy, logos, and trademarks — belongs to Maison Vallière or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.
